Austin Studio Map

New Schedule in Austin

On Monday, March 26th, North Hills Center in Austin will expand their class schedule to include a 5:00p class slot Monday through Friday.

Saturday and Sunday morning classes will switch to 8:00a, 9:30a, 11:00a start times. Intro Series classes will be at 10:00a.

Nutrition Mar 19-23
From 10a-2p each day, learn simple tips for practical nutrition. Explore how incorporating just a few nutritional practices can take your body, mind and life to a new level. Our first nutrition workshop had such an impact, participants have kept in regular contact.
Wood Series Mar 24-25
Take an in-depth look at our series along side your teachers. Adjustments, advancements, and "ah-ha" moments abound over this 16-hour workshop. Led by our highly-trained Series Teaching Masters from 8a-5p.
Still Mind Mar 26-30
From 6:30p-8:30p each night, spend time experiencing and practicing different techniques to still the mind and bring awareness to thoughts. Uncover the "what" and the "how" to a sustainable personal practice.
