Sunstone's Coach for Life Program is about creating the right conditions for you to be your very best self. Since 2002 we have had a strong clear vision that we want our members to both enjoy our classes and for our members to reach their goals. What we have discovered is that high-quality group classes need to be coupled with coaching to maximize results and create the right conditions for success. Your coach will:

  • Assess where you are now: through physical assessment and conversation – your coach will help you determine where you are now and what the next steps are to progress towards your personal fitness goals.
  • Help you get the most out of each of our high-quality classes. Coaches do this by working with you one on one - making sure you understand the class movements and principles in the unique context of your body’s needs. When you need additional support beyond that offered in our classes your coach will train you on those movements and methods.
  • Keep you motivated and accountable to the goals you have set. The willpower you have is one of your most valuable assessments. The way you approach your fitness can either strengthen or tax your willpower. A good coach, coaching program, and encouraging environment are proven to keep you on the path to reach your goals.
  • Help you build realistic fitness habits that will stay with you for a lifetime. Ultimately, fitness is the ability for you to be able to physically do the things you want today and every day until your last. The right fitness model leads to long-term enjoyment and sustainability that seamlessly builds month over month. The wrong model leads from one short-term fix to the next and all the frustration of short-term, unsustainable and fleeting results.
  • Help you succeed as part of our community and get the benefits of being part of a larger group with similar goals. Intentional community increases enjoyment and triggers habits. Our coaches are deliberately facilitating an intentional community. Trying to be an island unto yourself is inefficient, taxing and rarely sustained.

We are on the northeast corner of Park and Preston, facing Park, located directly behind Chipotle and next to Chair King, near Gold’s Gym. We are across Preston from Whole Foods Market.

When you complete the online interest form on this page, we´ll ask you a few questions to make sure we find a coach that is a good fit for your needs. 

Next,  your coach will contact you to schedule your FREE fitness assessment. 

We have plenty of parking in front of the studio.

Your coach will begin with your FREE fitness assessment. This will take anywhere from 80 to 90 minutes.

Throughout the assessment, you and your coach will discuss your goals and needs so that we can create a program tailored to help you maximize your classroom experience and achieve results.

Private training is all about you – your coach will take you through movements from each of our classes, identify your strengths, and create a plan to help you reach your fitness goals and maximize your results in each class. Our goal is to create a program that you can follow for life. 

Your coach will be in frequent contact to answer any questions and follow-up, both during your private training, at group class and throughout the week. They're here to support you!
