Yoga in Southlake - Southlake Village

If you're looking for a studio space that is friendly and offers a wide range of classes to keep both your body and mind absorbed, look no further than Sunstone Fit's Southlake Village studio. We have enough classes to keep your workouts from stagnating. There's no need to only stick with what you are comfortable with. We encourage you to take part in all classes; not only will this benefit your mind, but you will see the results in your body.

Our Hot Yoga classes are at the core of who we are at Sunstone. We believe yoga builds tremendous strength and overall muscle tone, it can improve your posture, balance, and flexibility, and as a bonus, it helps promote weight loss and relieves stress. Of course, we could go on and on about the many other benefits of yoga, but we'd keep you here all day.

More than just yoga, we believe there are many other ways to enjoy a workout and increase strength, flexibility, and overall health and wellbeing. And if you need further support, you can join our personal training coaching program and get the one-on-one assistance you need.

Let's take a look at the different types of classes you'll find on offer at our Southlake Village studios:

• Barre: Interested in defining and elongating your muscles? We take a few pro tips from the strength of ballerinas. Using ballet-inspired movements with weights, resistance balls, and fun music, you'll be spinning circles around the best of them in no time with your newly-toned body. Our Barre classes are practiced partially on the barre and partially on a mat in a heated room. It's a gratifying workout.
• Pilates: A very popular exercise to strengthen and tone your core muscles and your back and glutes, Pilates is highly recommended. We offer a dynamic 45-minute mat-based Pilates series. You'll find the movements included in the class start to help increase your health, flexibility, and stability of the spine. Of course, at the same time, you're training muscles to work together, improving posture and overall strength.
• Yoga: Yoga remains at the core of our company, and we have proudly been leading the way with a variety of yoga classes in the Dallas area since 2002. We believe that yoga has a lot to offer the mind, body, and soul, and not only do we love the practice, but we find it essential for health and wellbeing. Our hot yoga classes provide your body with an accelerated mind and body workout in a 90 degree heated studio. • Coaching: Feeling nervous about trying out a completely new exercise regime? Perhaps you should contact one of our Sunstone coaches. They will instruct you on the moves you are unfamiliar with, and we know they will make it fun too. If you have a specific goal in mind, our coaches have the solutions. Allow them to supervise you and help you to progress in your strength and competency.
• HIIT: Take your fitness to a new level. Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes will get your heart pumping and get you super fit. Our HIIT classes will help you develop your cardio, strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence. Don't be nervous; our workout classes are accessible to all levels of fitness. Frisco(CPR) Location Closure

Sunstone Centre at Preston Ridge will hold their last classes on Sunday, February 12th. Despite our best efforts to keep the studio running through the impact of the pandemic, we have been unable to do so.

We are deeply grateful to the thousands of members and hundreds of teachers who have been a part of our Sunstone community at CPR for the past 15 years. CPR was one of our first franchise locations and was opened by Thad and Stephanie Toups, to whom we are grateful for their contributions in building the Frisco Sunstone community.

The pandemic has been incredibly challenging for yoga studios like ours, but we will work hard to regroup and rebuild so that we can someday return to the Frisco area.

The CPR team would like to express their sincerest gratitude for your loyalty and support, and we hope to see you at our other locations, including the ALIVE location in Plano.

What are adjusted classes? 

Adjusted classes combine the ALIVE Immersive Experience with a specially trained instructor who will focus solely on helping students with their postures during the class.

• UNIVERSE| MAT HIIT 45| This is a 45 minute functional fitness class integrated with HIIT components. It will improve cardiovascular health, mobility, and strength - feel as good as you look.
