SunstoneFIT is seeking highly motivated, goal oriented individuals committed to a fit lifestyle to work as Operations Team Members at many of our Sunstone locations. We need individuals to welcome our students, sign them into class, conduct new student orientations and keep the studio clean!
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
The Studio Team Ops team members will perform tasks to support the studio’s growth and to provide the 10 experience through delivery of product and customer service.
This position can either be full-time or part-time. Schedule and shifts to be determined upon interview. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Must work a minimum of 4 hours a week to receive free Signature membership
Position Responsibilities:
In addition to performing duties listed on the studio specific Ops logs the Studio Ops team member will:
- Become an expert in the Orientation and Enrollment process and be able to conduct in studio Orientation and member enrollment throughout the day.
- Complete and process all new member enrollment paperwork.
- Communicate with the Designated Manager regarding individuals who do not enroll and discuss ways to positively impact conversion.
- Provide a 10 Customer Service Experience to everyone who comes into the studio.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and non-members including greeting entering and exiting students.
- Efficiently and effectively sign students in using our software program - Prana
- Quickly and effectively follow-up with students/guests as assigned who do not enroll
- Assist with in studio membership drives
- Respond to member/guest suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner while providing the “10 Experience”.
- Take ownership of challenges by finding the appropriate team member who can directly assist, if unable to provide efficient support to member/guest
- Communicate appropriately and efficiently to the Designated Manager gaps in customer service, training, staffing needs, or facility’s needs.
- Complete monthly supply inventory and complete ordering on Sam’s Website.
- Ensure all document reconciliation is completed in a timely and complete manner.
- Responsible for collecting bills & mail and ensuring they are sent to the correct contact.
- Troubleshoot and report routine and emergency maintenance issues using appropriate communication tools.
- On site oversight of routine and emergency maintenance visits with direct communication to the Ops and Services Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the studio including deep clean of all areas on a daily basis.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
Previous front desk or customer relations experience, preferable in group fitness. Must be knowledgeable about the industry with the customer skills to network, engage, and interact with all members, guests, and Studio Team Members. Must communicate professionally using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and relay information to and from clients/guests. Ability to effectively engage participants as a public speaker. Competent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
