Juicy Joints   $38    ($48 non-member)
Saturday, Dec. 5     │    10:00 – 12:00pm
We have 360 joints in the body.  Learn the most practical ways to keep the joints of the body lubricated and juicy, reducing pain and inflammation allowing us to be flexible, strong and balanced.  Focus on the knees, hips, shoulders. All ages welcome.  No yoga experience required.  Prevent, avoid or recover from injuries by protecting the joints.  


The Art of Arm Balancing Asanas    $48    ($58 non-member)

Saturday, Dec. 5    │    1:30 – 4:30
One step, or one palm at a time - modifications and stages of Arm balancing.  You don’t have to be advanced to balance on your hands. In this workshop you will be able to set a strong foundation, build from modifications and levels, fly and balance using the strength of your core, intention and inner strength! Taught in Vinyasa style, every arm balance is warmed up and prepped. 


Pranayama Workshop    $38    ($48 non-member)
Sunday, Dec. 6     │    9:30 – 11:30am
Pranayama allows us to direct our energy to the deepest part of the self. Controlling and maintaining our energy gives us the ability to savor each moment we have and spend it wisely in our every day life providing us with a deeper sense of understanding of ourselves, each other, our purpose and our passion.


Adjustments Workshop    $48    ($58 non-member)

Sunday, Dec. 6      │    1:00 – 3:30pm
Proper alignment is key for the body and mind. This workshop is for teachers and students to learn the appropriate physical alignment for each individual and how to self-adjust in your own personal practice.  Keeping the bones, muscles and joints in the right position allowing space to stretch, engage and restore.


Lady Yoga Bio:  Lady Yoga aka Laurie Searle has been teaching Yoga (E’RYT 500) & fitness training (NASM) for almost two decades, leads teacher trainings nationally & internationally through the Sphota Yoga School & is the founder of F.E.D. Fight Eating Disorders, a non-profit organization offering assistance for those suffering from eating disorders. Laurie is also the creator &writer of the comic strip, Lady Yoga, Superhero featured monthly in LA Yoga Magazine, Miami Yoga Magazine and online at
