Join us on February 27th at the Sunstone Academy. Yoga Class 1-2p. Workshop 2-5p

Let this year be the year you break through and achieve that elusive goal.

In this afternoon workshop you will:
• Define a goal that is very important, yet has been difficult to achieve
• Work with a partner to gain a unique perspective on the goal & what hasn’t worked in the past
• Identify beliefs and assumptions that have been holding you back
• Design an experiment that will test the assumption leading to the dissolving of the resistance.
There will also be opportunities for follow-up post workshop.
