Our studios feature two Barre sequences (one with a resistance band and one with a ball). One's not harder, or easier than the other - "Ball" barre features more time at the barre itself. "Band" barre incorporates resistance bands for some additional adductor/abductor work.
We rotate the sequences weekly. (Note: It won't appear any differently in Class Finder or on the app.) Talk to your team members to know what's on this week's schedule.
