I've been practicing yoga for almost 10 years. I started yoga just thinking it would be good to stretch after running or working out at the gym, but didn't really know what I was in for. Since I began, it has given me a mindset of success, of growth, of balance, and of optimism. I know now that when I feel anxious, stressed, or more negative -- it's been too long since my last yoga class.
I began with Sunstone about 2 years ago with yoga teacher training, which was probably one of the healthiest times of my life. I found a new appreciation for yoga again, and now I'm excited to be working here, teaching here, learning and continuing to grow with this fantastic community! See you in class!
