I began my yoga journey when I was fifteen and diagnosed with ganglion cists in both of my wrists. I turned to yoga as a form of physical therapy and instead found the mental, emotional, and spiritual peace that changed my life forever. As a student at the University of Texas at Austin, yoga allows me to maintain that peace when stress, anxiety, and tension attempt to dominate my daily experiences. When I'm not teaching or studying to the point of pure exhaustion, I spend my time reading, baking bread, painting, and listening to the greatest hits of the 60s, 70s, and 80s (Queen anyone?)
See you on the mat!
