Studio open 30-minutes before and after each class. 

DIRECTIONS

From Dallas take 30 East. Take the Ridge Road exit. The studio will be on the right in the same shopping center as 24 Hour Fitness and Office Max.

PARKING

There is plenty of parking in front of the studio.
