Inclement Weather Warning

The Dallas area is under a winter storm watch from Monday 1/30 thru Wednesday 2/1.

Due to this inclement weather, for safety reasons, we may have some class adjustments or cancellations. Class changes are more likely to occur during late night and early morning classes.

Our ALIVE studio in Plano will be open with a regular schedule on Tuesday 1/31. We ask that you please check schedules on the website before leaving for classes.

Frisco(CPR) Location Closure

Sunstone Centre at Preston Ridge will hold their last classes on Sunday, February 12th. Despite our best efforts to keep the studio running through the impact of the pandemic, we have been unable to do so.

We are deeply grateful to the thousands of members and hundreds of teachers who have been a part of our Sunstone community at CPR for the past 15 years. CPR was one of our first franchise locations and was opened by Thad and Stephanie Toups, to whom we are grateful for their contributions in building the Frisco Sunstone community.

The pandemic has been incredibly challenging for yoga studios like ours, but we will work hard to regroup and rebuild so that we can someday return to the Frisco area.

The CPR team would like to express their sincerest gratitude for your loyalty and support, and we hope to see you at our other locations, including the ALIVE location in Plano.

What are adjusted classes? 

Adjusted classes combine the ALIVE Immersive Experience with a specially trained instructor who will focus solely on helping students with their postures during the class. 

These new and exciting classes will be making their debut in in the new year. Our gift to you!

• SPARK| TOTAL BODY BARRE 60| A heated 60 minute Barre inspired class. This class is a total body experience using Isolated movements with light hand weights and bands in high repetitions to improve posture and balance.
• PARTICLE| CARDIO BARRE 45| Particle is a heated 45 min Barre inspired class with dance and cardio elements. The upbeat movements are energizing and joyful. This class is accessible to all students.
• NUCLEUS| YOGA SCULPT 60| A heated 60 minute Vinyasa style class with hand weights. Tone with weights and stretch with yoga. An uplifting class that strengthens your entire body and increases your range of motion. This class encompasses the calm of yoga, and energy of strength training.
• UNIVERSE| MAT HIIT 45| This is a 45 minute functional fitness class integrated with HIIT components. It will improve cardiovascular health, mobility, and strength - feel as good as you look.
• GRAVITY| MAT PILATES 45| - a mat PILATES class to increase health, flexibility and ignite your core

  • ATOM|HOT YOGA Sweat, stretch and build stamina in the HOT YOGA Quantum Experience
  • PHOTON | HOT YOGA + (extra heat) - traditional HOT YOGA sequence in a higher heat environment
  • AURA | YOGA CALM - Experience the Atom sequence to bring CALM to the body with harmony and peace in a gentler environment
  • ELECTRON | HOT YOGA LITE (less heat) - traditional HOT YOGA sequence in a lower heat environment
